Join us on a trip of a lifetime to beautiful Scotland, home of whiskey, tartan, kilts and some of the most historic sites, breath-taking scenery and rich Celtic music and culture. As well as the fun, we’ll visit some of the most beautiful places on the planet, take in Edinburgh and play music in some of the oldest pubs in the world. On the road we’ll visit Fort William, the Isle of Skye, Inverness and Edinburgh and spend some time in the majestic Highlands. We’ll visit castles, medieval sights, distilleries and even kilt makers! Places are limited so early booking is advisable. This is one trip you definitely don’t want to miss!

Trip Itinerary

DAY 1 - Pick Up 10am
We’ll meet at Glasgow Airport at 10am. Once we have our luggage loaded onto our coach, we’ll begin the journey to Fort William. Along our journey today we’ll stop off at Glencoe, famous for the infamous massacre of 1692 between the Campbell and MacDonald clans. From there, we make our way to Fort William, nestled at the foot of Ben Nevis, gateway to the Highlands.
DAY 2 - Pick up 9.30
Today, we take the high road to Mallaig along the “Road of The Isles”. Along the way we’ll stop at the Glenfinnan Monument. We’ll spend the day in Mallaig enjoying some music before making our way back to Fort William. After dinner we’ll enjoy some some music in the local bars.
DAY 3 - Pick Up 10.00 AM
Today we pack up and take the breathtaking drive along the west coast to the Isle of Skye.The largest of the Inner Hebrides Islands, the Isle of Skye has a very rich history. Soon to be famous for its upcoming role in a Game of Thrones prequel series, the Isle of Skye features a history of clan warfare, the Highland Clearances and the infamous Bonnie Prince Charlie. The MacDonald and MacLeod Clans have their castles on the island. While we’re there, we’ll pay a visit while taking the time to properly sample the local whiskey.
DAY 4 - Pick Up 10.00am
Today we take a drive around the island, taking time out to stop off for photographs while visiting Dunvegan Castle. After dinner we’ll enjoy some of the local music and enjoy the Isle of Skye welcome.
DAY 5 - Pick Up 10.00AM
Today we make our way to Inverness, the capital of the Highlands. On our way, we’ll be stopping off for a tour of Loch Ness. Famous for its legendary monster, we’ll take a cruise along this famous Loch taking in the beauty, stopping at Urquhart Castle and possibly singing a few songs. We’ll have a few tunes this evening in a local pub in Inverness.
DAY 6 - Pick Up 10.00am
Today we make our way to the famous Battle of Colloden site, scene of the 1746 Jacobite rising. The afternoon is your own to explore the shops, pubs and restaurants before some well earned tunes this evening.
DAY 7 - Pick Up 10.00am
Today we pack up and make our way south to Edinburgh. On route we’ll stop off at Leault Sheep Farm for a sheepdog demonstration and have some lunch in nearby Sterling. Once in Edinburgh, the evening is your own to explore this magical City.
DAY 8 - Pick up 10.00am
This morning we pay a visit to Edinburgh Castle. While we are there, we will take a tour to explore its fascinating vaults, towers, turrets, dungeons and ramparts. The rest of your day is yours to explore the hidden wonders of Edinburgh. Feel free to go shopping, go drinking, – just make sure that you’re doing whatever you want to be doing. Edinburgh has endless hidden treasures to explore at your leisure.
Day 9 - Pick up 9.30am
Unfortunately, all things must come to an end. Today, we must go our separate ways. The bus will drop off at Edinburgh train station for your onward journey.
